Do features differ between plans?
No. Every Endaxi AIG feature — EU AI Act classification, all ISO 42001 AIMS modules, FRIA, Annex IV documentation, incident management, prompt governance, dashboards, audit packs — is included on every plan. The only differences are volume limits (AI systems, users, vendors, and organisations) and API access, which is available on Growth and above. API access is a technical integration feature; all the same exports are available through the platform UI on the Starter plan.
What counts as an AI system?
Any AI tool, model, application, or vendor-embedded AI capability that your organisation uses or deploys — including third-party SaaS tools with AI features you have enabled, internally developed models, and AI agents. If it does something AI-powered that affects your organisation or the people it serves, it belongs in your register.
Can I upgrade mid-subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The price difference is pro-rated across your remaining subscription period.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Annual billing requires a 12-month commitment. Monthly billing has three months minimum — you can cancel with one month’s notice after the first three months. Annual billing works out cheaper: two months free compared to paying monthly.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data is always yours. Before or after cancellation, you can export everything — your full AI register, Statement of Applicability, Annex IV documentation, audit packs, risk register, and all other compliance records — in standard formats. We do not hold compliance data hostage to an active subscription. After account closure, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
Where is our data hosted?
On bare-metal servers in Helsinki, Finland — EU jurisdiction. We do not use US cloud providers or transfer your data outside the EU/EEA. A full sub-processor list and Data Processing Agreement are available on request and included with every subscription.
Is Endaxi AIG suitable for ISO 42001 certification?
Yes. The platform implements the complete ISO/IEC 42001:2023 management system lifecycle — all 10 clauses, all 32 Annex A controls pre-seeded in the Statement of Applicability, internal audit module, management review, and CAPA programme. The audit packs and SoA exports are designed to be presented directly to a certifying body. We recommend engaging an accredited certification body early; AIG provides the governance infrastructure and evidence, not the certification itself.
We’re a consultancy managing multiple client programmes. Which plan is right for us?
Professional. It supports up to five separate organisations (tenants) on one subscription, with full data isolation and per-organisation role management. Each client’s data is completely separate. If you manage more than five client organisations, contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.
